I know it looks good in the pictures above, don’t let that fool you! There's plenty to do..! It is situated near one of the Marcellino stone mines, no bangs but plenty of free building material. All the walls are built of good stone and there are a lot of them! Patches of roof need replacing It has mains electric & water, but they need re-installing.
