Probably the most charming set of rooms I’ve had the pleizure to cast me porkie’s over! Set in a quaint little village south of Albanchez in a green, wooded valley; this cosy little cottage (in the making!) is very compact but just oozes charm and comfort, right down to the room built over the street. The work carried out to date is of the most meticulous quality, that it would be a shame to render over the block-work! It still needs finishing (the odd roof, floor, render & plaster thingies) and then, with just a smattering of imagination and a few tins of paint, you could have a pad any homes magazine would pay to feature! You could easily fit in another bedroom to bring the total to two, the bathroom-ette, and kitchen-ette just need the tiles, the two roof terraces over-looking the valley make up for the lack of garden. A really, luvvly, luvvly place… Oh Yes! I nearly forgot, the house has a phone line! - all legal paperwork, mains wet stuff and piped electric(?)
