Now, I’ve been in a few houses with things missing, i.e. water, electric, roof, bathroom, but never in a renovated house with no lounge. How peculiar. I don’t know what was going through the builders mind when they were doing the plans but it would seem they missed a vital room off. Other than that they have done a lovely job. Downstairs you will find the first bedroom en-suite and the kitchen diner and a terrace off the kitchen, upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms and a shower room. If you don’t watch the TV you are ok, but otherwise it might be a case of using one of the upstairs rooms as your lounge.
