Is this your idea of Heaven or Hell? For me it was complete Heaven, but Hell of a lot of work to do, but at least no one will hear you swearing.
Solar electric system is highly recommended, there is no chance of pylons, but you are inundated with water, 12 hours of irrigation water every 15 days.
And with approx 20,000m2 of garden ?!? you will need it to water the trees, never mind for the building work and filling the compulsory swimming pool. The house is ner on 100m2 with a corraly bit on the side, it’s looking a bit poorly at the moment, but the walls are good and the views are amazing.
This will be lovely when you have finished and walking distance from a village with all amenities, what more do you want? me to renovate it???
